EPTFE breathable fabric combines EPTFE film with textiles, with an air permeability of less than 1cfm and a thickness of 30-50μm. OEKO-TEX® certified, it is ideal for sportswear and medical protective clothing.

Micropore design
The EPTFE breathable membrane uses laser etching technology to create 900 million nano-micropores per square inch (pore size of 0.2-5μm), while maintaining an ultra-low air permeability of <1CFM, achieving a PM0.1 ultra-fine particle blocking rate of over 96%, and through two-way moisture management technology (MVTR>15,000g/m²/24h) to quickly wick away sweat and lock in temperature, combined with a 30-50μm ultra-thin and lightweight design, it provides a seamless wearing experience for high-intensity sports and medical protection.
Antibacterial layer
The material integrates physical barrier, chemical inactivation and biosafety layers, blocks 99.9% of ultraviolet and microbial penetration through UPF50+ certification, and is equipped with a nano-silver ion coating to achieve broad-spectrum antibacterial (>99.9% efficiency), and maintains more than 95% antibacterial performance after 50 washes, and passes ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity test, meeting the safety needs of sensitive skin and postoperative protective clothing.
Chemical resistance
Designed for high-risk industrial scenarios, it can withstand 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, 40% sodium hydroxide and organic solvent erosion (strength remains >90% after 24h immersion), adapt to extreme temperatures of -100℃ to +260℃, surface antistatic resistance <10⁹Ω, and complies with EN 14325:2018 chemical protective clothing standards and NFPA 1991 air tightness certification to ensure safe operation in flammable and explosive environments.
Customizable fit
Supports flexible compounding of PU/TPU coating, carbon fiber reinforcement layer and smart wearable components, medical-grade PU film can block blood penetration (ISO 16603 certification), TPU solution tear strength >800N suitable for mountaineering and diving equipment, and provides bio-based degradable options, which have been successfully applied to NASA space suit humidity control, 3M medical protective clothing and outdoor brand high-performance product lines.
