Huzhou Kaili New Material Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures specialized ePTFE (expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene) membranes specifically engineered for the high-intensity demands of the activewear market. In aerobic sports, the primary challenge is the rapid accumulation of metabolic heat and perspiration. Our ePTFE technology provides a high-porosity functional layer that drives moisture vapor away from the skin at an accelerated rate, preventing the "cling" and "chill" associated with traditional synthetic coatings.

Produced at our 3,000m² facility in the Yangtze River Delta fluoromaterial cluster, our membranes are designed to be the thin, lightweight, and high-stretch core of elite athletic apparel.

  • Oleophobic System Protection: Optional surface treatments protect the micropores from being clogged by body oils, salts, and sunscreens, ensuring the garment maintains its high MVTR (Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate) throughout its lifecycle.
