Key Performance Characteristics
- High Breathability (WVT): Our membranes feature over 9 billion microscopic pores per square inch. Each pore is 700 times larger than a water vapor molecule, ensuring rapid moisture transport during high-activity use.
- Extreme Waterproofing: While vapor can pass through, the pores are 20,000 times smaller than a drop of liquid water, making the membrane completely waterproof even under high pressure.
- Windproof Insulation: The complex, multi-directional fibrous structure creates a "tortuous path" that breaks up wind currents, preventing convective heat loss.
- Thermal Stability: As a fluoropolymer-based material, it remains flexible and functional in temperatures ranging from -190°C to +260°C, far exceeding the limits of TPU or PU films.
- Durability & Chemical Resistance: Naturally resistant to UV degradation, oils, and common industrial chemicals, ensuring a long lifecycle for the finished garment.
