EPTFE lightweight outdoor clothing uses expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (EPTFE) microporous membrane lamination technology, combined with ultra-fine 7D nylon (tear strength 25N/mm) and elastic spandex fiber to achieve a total weight of <350g/m², which can be compressed to the size of a palm (storage volume 12cm×8cm), while maintaining 12,000g/m²·24h moisture permeability (ASTM E96) and 10,000mmH₂O hydrostatic pressure (ISO 811). Designed for long-distance hiking, high-altitude speed climbing and trail running, it has passed EN 343 windproof and breathable certification and BlueSign® environmental protection standards, and is suitable for all climate scenarios from -20℃ to 40℃.
Material structure: outer layer 7D tear-resistant nylon (DWR water-repellent coating) + middle layer EPTFE membrane (0.2μm pore size) + inner layer honeycomb moisture-conducting mesh (contact angle <10°).
Technology innovation: laser seamless welded seams (peel strength>40N/cm), 3D three-dimensional tailoring (joint stretch rate>180%).
