Our ePTFE nano-structured porous membrane is engineered using expanded polytetrafluoroethylene with a highly uniform nano-scale pore network. This precise structure enables an exceptional balance between air permeability, moisture vapor transmission, and protective performance, which is difficult to achieve with conventional membrane materials.
Through controlled expansion and post-treatment processes, we ensure consistent pore size distribution, mechanical stability, and reliable bonding performance during coating or lamination.
