EPTFE microporous membrane is a nano-scale porous material formed by expanding polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) through a biaxial stretching process. It has a controllable pore size of 0.05-10μm, a porosity of >85% and chemical inertness. It is widely used in medical filtration, industrial separation, electronic packaging and environmental protection fields, and meets international standards such as ASTM F316 (bubble point pore size test) and ISO 15901-2 (pore distribution).

Precision stretching process
Biaxial stretching technology: longitudinal/transverse synchronous stretching (stretching ratio 5:1 to 20:1), forming uniform interconnected channels (pore size CV value <5%), bubble point pressure>5bar (ASTM F316).
Surface modification: plasma treatment or nano coating (such as alumina, graphene) enhances surface energy (contact angle <30°) and improves liquid wettability.
Multifunctional composite design
Gradient pore size structure: outer layer 0.1μm blocks particles, middle layer 1μm regulates flow, inner layer 5μm reduces pressure loss, suitable for high-precision filtration scenarios.
Reinforced composite layer: composite with non-woven fabric (PP/PE), metal mesh (stainless steel/titanium) or carbon fiber, tensile strength>50N/mm (ASTM D638).
Adaptability to extreme environments
Temperature range: -200℃ to +260℃ (ASTM D794), can be sterilized at high temperature (121℃/30min) or frozen in liquid nitrogen.
Anti-aging: Strength retention >90% after QUV 5,000 hours test (ASTM G154), ozone resistance (100ppm, ASTM D1149).
