Technical Parameters

Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (EPTFE) is produced through a fluorine-free biaxial stretching process, using water-based dispersants instead of traditional PFOA/PFOS, combined with recycled PTFE raw materials (more than 30% recycling ratio) to form a 0.1-5μm controllable microporous structure. While maintaining waterproof and breathable (>15,000g/m²·24h moisture permeability, >20,000mmH₂O hydrostatic pressure), it meets the environmental protection standards of the entire life cycle (from production to recycling) and has passed Bluesign®, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and ISO 14067 carbon footprint certification.
