Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (EPTFE) glove-grade membrane material is formed into a 0.1-0.5μm controllable microporous structure through nano-level precision stretching process. It has both >99% chemical protection (EN 374-1) and >8,000g/m²·24h moisture permeability (ASTM E96), and is specially designed to provide core material solutions for industrial chemical defense, medical surgery and outdoor tactical gloves. It meets ISO 21420:2020 tactile sensitivity standards and FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 food contact safety certification.

Balance of protection and flexibility
Ultra-thin composite design: single-layer EPTFE membrane thickness 15-25μm, fits the curve of the hand (bending radius <2mm), touch close to the bare hand (friction coefficient <0.3).
Chemical redundancy protection: double-layer EPTFE membrane structure (total thickness <50μm), strong acid/organic solvent penetration time >60 minutes (EN 374-1).
Dynamic moisture permeability and hygienic safety
Directional sweat extraction: moisture permeability >8,000g/m²·24h (40℃/60%RH), avoid hand immersion dermatitis (compared with nitrile gloves moisture permeability <500g).
Medical-grade antibacterial: surface grafted quaternary ammonium salt (ISO 20743 antibacterial rate >99.9%), still >98% after 50 washes.
Industrial Durability
Anti-Oil Adhesion: Fluorosilicone coating on the surface (contact angle >120°), oil wipe removal rate >95% (ASTM F739).
Abrasion Reinforcement: Composite Kevlar fiber in fingertip/palm area (abrasion resistance >100,000 times, EN 388:2016).
