The expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (EPTFE) tent-grade membrane material is formed into a 0.1-0.5μm controllable microporous structure through a nano-level biaxial stretching process, achieving an ultimate balance between >25,000mmH₂O hydrostatic pressure (ISO 811) and >15,000g/m²·24h moisture permeability (ASTM E96). It is specially designed for alpine expeditions, disaster relief tents and long-term outdoor camps, and meets the EN 15619:2019 outdoor equipment standard and Bluesign® environmental certification.

Extreme climate adaptability
Rainwaterproof: hydrostatic pressure > 25,000mmH₂O (ISO 811), can withstand 150mm/h rainstorm impact, high-frequency welding of seams without penetration.
Dynamic breathability: micropores automatically adjust the moisture permeability according to the humidity difference between inside and outside (moisture permeability increases by 40% when the humidity difference > 30%) to avoid condensation accumulation.
Super durability and lightweight
Wind tear resistance: tear strength > 50N/mm (ASTM D5587), can withstand 12-level strong wind (EN 13782 test).
Lightweight and high-strength: base material weight < 80g/m², 60% lighter than traditional PVC tent cloth, and tensile strength increased by 3 times.
Environmental protection and easy maintenance
Fluorine-free process: water-based dispersant replaces PFOA/PFOS and is certified by OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I.
Self-cleaning surface: Nano-titanium dioxide coating (contact angle >150°), rainwater washes away 90% of dust/pollutants.
