Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (EPTFE) nonwoven fabric is made by nano-fiberizing PTFE resin through a biaxial stretching-fiberization process to form a 0.1-10μm three-dimensional interconnected fiber network. It combines the high porosity (>90%) of nonwoven materials with the chemical inertness/thermal stability of EPTFE. It is specially designed for high-precision filtration, medical isolation and industrial protection, and meets ISO 9073 nonwoven fabric standards and FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 food contact safety certification.

Nanofiber network construction
Gradient fiber distribution: 0.1μm ultrafine fiber on the surface to block particles, 1μm fiber in the middle to regulate flux, and 5μm fiber on the bottom to strengthen support (filtration efficiency>99.99%, ASTM F2299).
Self-reinforced structure: Fiber node melt bonding (hot pressing temperature 300-350℃), anti-delamination strength>50N/cm (ISO 9073-3).
Multifunctional composite design
Antibacterial/antiviral: Surface grafted quaternary ammonium salt/copper oxide nanoparticles (ISO 20743 antibacterial rate>99.9%), virus filtration efficiency (VFE)>99.99% (ASTM F2101).
Conductive/antistatic: Carbon nanotube coating (surface resistance<10⁶Ω, EN 1149), suitable for dust-free clothing in electronic workshops.
Adaptability to extreme environments
High temperature sterilization resistance: Strength retention >95% after 121℃/30min high pressure steam sterilization (ISO 11607-1).
Radiation aging resistance: No degradation of fiber structure after 100kGy γ-ray irradiation (ASTM D638), suitable for nuclear industry scenarios.
