Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (EPTFE) forms a 0.05-0.3μm controllable microporous structure through a nano-scale biaxial stretching process. It is designed for extreme military environments and meets the MIL-STD-3010C chemical protection, MIL-PRF-32432 wear resistance standard and NATO STANAG 2920 ballistic protection requirements. It is both waterproof and breathable (>20,000mmH₂O hydrostatic pressure, >10,000g/m²·24h moisture permeability) and full-spectrum protection (chemical/biological/nuclear/electromagnetic).

Infrared stealth: The surface is coated with indium tin oxide (ITO), and the emissivity in the 8-14μm band is <0.1 (MIL-STD-3009).

Abrasion Life: Nano-TiC coating (Mohs hardness > 9), Martindale abrasion resistance > 100,000 times (EN 530).
UV/Salt Spray Resistance: Strength retention > 90% after 5,000 hours QUV (ASTM G154) and 1,000 hours salt spray test (ASTM B117).
